REQUIRED DOCUMENTS TO BE SUBMITTED:

NEW STUDENTS:

• Birth Certificate  - Every student NEW to the Academy must submit an ORIGINAL birth certificate during Registration.  We will make a copy for our files and give the original back.
  *We are not able to accept birth certificates electronically*

              *Sunday, August 17 - Meet the Teachers/Back to School Picnic @ 11:00am
                                     or
              *Wednesday, August 20 - First Day of School @ 8:30am
