Our goal is to create a fun and safe camp experience for all. To ensure an engaging environment and maintain our Counselor-to-Camper ratios, we are unable to provide one-on-one care. If you believe your child may have difficulty meeting the Behavior Expectations outlined below, please contact us at: [email protected] before registering them.

At this point in the registration process, we are at capacity. However, as we work out group sizes and staffing, we may still be able to secure a spot for your child.​​ Please fill out this interest form and we will get back to you.

​CANCELLATION & REFUND POLICY 

We are working hard to make our summer camp affordable for all families, and we recognize that sometimes summer plans change. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or would like to switch weeks.  If you request to switch camp weeks, it is at our discretion and only if there is space available. If we cannot accommodate your request to switch, then the refund policy below takes effect:

• A 10% service charge will be deducted from any cancellations requested BEFORE May 22, 2026 to cover for bank fees and office work on our end to process it.
• Any cancellation requested ON/AFTER May 22, 2026 is not eligible for a refund.  Camp Counselors have been hired and supplies have been ordered. We thank you for your understanding.

• ​Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds or make ups for days missed during camp due to illness, doctor appointments, etc.
• We will not be able to prorate the weeks of camp, all weeks must be paid in full.
• Financial Aid is not available for summer camp.
• ​We do not offer sibling discounts.

CAMPER BEHAVIOR POLICY

First and foremost, camp is about fun, exploration and growth. To ensure an enjoyable and safe environment for all, campers are expected to follow these guidelines:

• Treat everybody with kindness and respect
• Respect the property of camp and others
• Respect other’s feelings and differences
• Have fun and be willing to try/participate
• Use appropriate language
• Ask for help from a Counselor when you have a problem
• ​Be responsible for your belongings
• Stay with your group
• Keep your hands to yourself

​Any action by a camper that puts the safety of themselves, fellow campers, or staff at risk will result in a phone call to the parent(s) and the possibility of being sent home. If a camper is sent home for behavioral reasons, no refund or make-up day will be offered.
