Cancellation/Refund Policy

We work hard to make our summer camp affordable for all families, and we recognize that sometimes summer plans change. Please let us know as soon as possible if you need to cancel or would like to switch weeks.  If you request to switch camp weeks, it is at our discretion and only if there is space available. If we cannot accommodate your request to switch, then the refund policy below takes effect:

• A 10% service charge will be deducted from any cancellations requested BEFORE May 23, 2025 to account for bank & administrative fees 
• Any cancellation requested ON/AFTER May 23, 2025 is not eligible for a refund.  Camp Counselors have been hired and supplies have been ordered, so thank you for your understanding.

• ​Unfortunately, we are not able to offer refunds or make ups for days missed during camp due to illness, doctor appointments, etc.
• We will not be able to prorate the weeks of camp, all weeks must be paid in full.
• Financial Aid is not available for summer camp.
• We do not offer sibling discounts
