ADMISSIONS

To be considered for admission to Saint Luke Academy, all returning applicants must submit the following by Friday, January 30, 2026.

• One application must be completed for each child that you are applying for.​​
• If you are applying for Financial Aid, all forms are due by May 1, 2026.  You can contact Principal Chris Comella at [email protected] for the Financial Aid forms.
• After January 30th, we will continue to accept applications based on availability.

 APPLICATION PROCESS

​We love showing off our school and campus to prospective families! Come experience our spacious classrooms, full gymnasium, Makerspace and private playground by scheduling a tour with our Principal or one of our staff members! ​2) Submit an application to Saint Luke Academy here:

After submitting: Pay the non-refundable $100 Application Fee:

 3) If an Offer of Admission is extended to join the Academy:

• A non-refundable $600 per child Registration Deposit is due with two weeks of acceptance. 
• If this deposit is not received within two weeks of an offer being extended, then your spot will be forfeited.
• This deposit will be applied towards the child's Education Fee for the 2026-2027 school year and is not transferable to another student. For example: if a child doesn’t come in the fall after enrolling, his/her portion of the Registration Deposit cannot be used for a sibling currently enrolled at SLA or for any other reason.  The balance of the Education Fee will be due before school starts.

4) Review our current Tuition Schedule and Fees.

5) Fill out the required forms.
​An original birth certificate will be required during Registration for us to make a copy for our files. An Offer of Admission may be rescinded if an original birth certificate cannot provided at this time.

6) Schedule a shadow day. (Not required, but highly recommended). 
As part of our welcome process, we would like to have your child come for a shadow day. This would give them the opportunity to experience part of the school day.

Admissions will reach out to schedule. Students will hang out in the classroom. Parents, nanny etc. will come chat with us in the office while your child gets to know the class.
